Collection and Transportation:

The storage location have advised that the successful buyer will need to provide any and all equipment and labour required for collection as no equipment or assistance is available at site. Any and all involved collection costs will be on account of the buyer and in addition to the purchase price.

It is estimated that the buyer will require a crane and 2 x 20ft trailers for collection. All collection arrangements are to be made directly between the successful buyer and the storage location.

There are no storage charges up to and including Friday 31st December 2010. If goods have not been removed by this date then storage charges of approximately $19.89 USD per day will accrue- from Saturday 1st January 2011. All storage fees after this date are on account of the buyer and in addition to the purchase price.

Once funding has been received in ESCROW, SalvageSale requires 48hrs to execute the release.

WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT THE REELS HAVE BEEN CUSTOMS CLEARED.

Condition

Per Seller:

These reels were noted as being damaged by the insured upon arrival on the 3rd of August 2010. They were subsequently rejected. The damages are believed to have occurred from Mishandling during transportation.

Upon inspection the surveyors were not able to see any major damage to the cables. The outer layer of the cable was found to be slightly scuffed (7 to 8 inches long and around 2 inches wide at the widest point).

The following damages were also noted on both drums:

• The metallic sheet was found to be slightly tilted at one side
• The cable drum metallic skid was found to be variously dented, bent and twisted
• The metallic steel sheets of the drum were dented, bent and crimpled.

Lot Terms

• THERE ARE NO STORAGE CHARGES UP TO AND INCLUDING FRIDAY 31ST DECEMBER 2010. IF GOODS HAVE NOT BEEN REMOVED BY THIS DATE THEN STORAGE CHARGES OF APPROXIMATELY $19.89 USD PER DAY WILL ACCRUE- FROM SATURDAY 1ST JANUARY 2011. ALL STORAGE FEES FROM THIS DATE ARE ON ACCOUNT OF THE BUYER AND IN ADDITION TO THE PURCHASE PRICE.
• ONCE FUNDING HAS BEEN RECEIVED IN ESCROW, SALVAGESALE WILL REQUIRE 48HRS TO CO-ORDINATE THE RELEASE.
• NO COLLECTION ASSISTANCE OR EQUIPMENT IS AVAILABLE AT SITE. BUYER WILL THEREFORE NEED TO MAKE THEIR OWN COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS. ANY AND ALL INVOLVED COLLECTION COSTS WILL BE ON ACCOUNT OF THE BUYER AND IN ADDITION TO THE PURCHASE PRICE.
• The winning bid for this listing is subject to seller approval. Upon closing there may be a delay of up to 2 business days before the Seller selects the winning bid. Please take this potential delay into consideration when placing a bid.
• This lot is subject to all auction terms and the AssetNation member agreement.
• A Request for Funding (RFF) will be sent to the selected winning buyer via email; full payment via wire transfer into escrow is contractually required within 2 days of the invoice date. A 2% Late Fee is added for all late payments.
• ALL bids made by bidders are contractually binding and the selected winning bidder is required to complete all transactions. Defaulting bidders will be assessed a Default Penalty, as set forth in the Standard Fee Schedule, and will be barred from bidding.
