Per Seller:
This equipment was affected on 21st December 2010 when a leak from a supply pipe on the floor above the insureds premises penetrated the ceiling. Water and dust / debris came down onto the equipment
Equipment was not in use or powered up at the time of the incident, which happened overnight. There has been no testing / attempts to power items up since. Items were however moved to a dry secure storage facility.
The insured have advised that a panel van is likely to be required for collection. The buyer will need to hand ball the equipment onto the vehicle.
Lot Terms
- VAT is applicable in the UK and is in addition to the purchase price.
- There are no representations or warranties that the listed equipment complies with the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, the regulations promulgated thereunder or any applicable state law.
- The listed equipment may not be used until it is in compliance with all such laws and regulations.
- By bidding on the listed equipment, the buyer represents and warrants that prior to the use or resale of the equipment, the buyer will be responsible for ensuring that the equipment is in compliance with the Federal Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, the regulations promulgated thereunder and any applicable state law.
- This lot is subject to all auction terms and the AssetNation member agreement.

- Payment in full is required within 2 days of the invoice date. A 2% late fee will be added for all payments received after that date.
